Objective To investigate the application effect of oxygen driven atomizing inhalation therapy in children with asthma.Methods A total of 98 children with asthma admitted to Zhangjiawa Street Health Service Center of Laiwu District of Jinan City from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(49 cases)and the observation group(49 cases).The control group was treated with atomization inhalation by air compression pump,and the observation group was treated with oxygen driven atomizing inhalation therapy.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,lung function indexes and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in one second and peak expiratory flow in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of oxygen driven atomizing inhalation therapy in children with asthma is good,can shorten the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms,improve lung function,and is worthy of clinical application.
