Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Oxytocin,Carboprost Tromethamine combined with Pituitrin in the treatment of uterine inertia postpartum hemorrhage.Methods From June 2019 to June 2023,58 patients with uterine inertia postpartum hemorrhage treated in Longgang District Far East Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital in Shenzhen City were selected and divided into the reference group and the study group by odd and even number method,with 29 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with Oxytocin+Carboprost Tromethamine,and the study group was treated with Oxytocin+Carboprost Tromethamine+Pituitrin.The clinical effect,coagulation function,adverse reactions,postpartum hemorrhage volume and hemostasis time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The D-dimer of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and fibrinogen was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Oxytocin,Carboprost Tromethamine combined with Pituitrin in the treatment of uterine inertia postpartum hemorrhage has good clinical effect,which can improve the treatment efficiency,shorten the hemostasis time,and reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage.
