Objective To explore the effect of postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation on pelvic floor function in puerpera with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods A total of 80 puerpera with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to the Family Delivery Room,Pingyi County People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given pelvic floor muscle training,and the observation group was given postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation on the basis of the control group.The pelvic floor nerve electromyography indexes and pelvic floor muscle strength were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the average value of 10 s slow muscle contraction,60 s slow muscle contraction and the maximum value of fast muscle contraction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the pelvic floor muscle strength of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation in puerpera with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction is good,which can improve the pelvic floor muscle function.
