Objective To explore the clinical effect of vacuum-assisted minimally invasive rotary excision system through areolar incision in the treatment of benign breast tumor. Methods A total of 100 patients with benign breast tumor in Department of Breast and Thyroid Surgery,Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by the odd and even number method, with 50 cases in each group. The reference group was given traditional open surgery, and the observation group was given vacuum-assisted minimally invasive rotary excision system through areolar incision treament. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The operation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the reference group, the blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the reference group, and the length of surgical incision in the observation group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The postoperative pain time, incision healing time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Vacuum-assisted minimally invasive rotary excision system through areolar incision treating benign breast tumor has significant clinical effect, which is worth promoting.
