Objective To investigate the clinical effect of oncoplastic breast-conserving surgery in the treatment of patients with early breast cancer and its influence on patients'prognosis. Methods A total of 70 patients with early breast cancer in Lanling County People's Hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases)by the random number table method. The control group received extensive tumor resection, and the observation group received oncoplastic breast-conserving surgery. The perioperative period indexes, breast aesthetic rate, total incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The time of operation and hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the volume of intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The breast aesthetic rate in the observation group was 91.43%,higher than 68.57% in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.71%,lower than 25.71% in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Oncoplastic breast-conserving surgery treating patients with early breast cancer has less trauma, faster recovery, can improve breast aesthetics, reduce complications, and will not increase the recurrence rate, which is worth popularizing.
