Objective To explore the application effect of Ropivacaine combined with Fentanyl in epidural delivery analgesia transfer cesarean section. Methods A total of 70 parturients transitioning from painless delivery to cesarean section in Songjiang District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Shanghai from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects. All the parturients were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was anesthetized with Ropivacaine, and the observation group combined with Fentanyl on the basis of the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions and postoperative pain levels of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The pain scores at postoperative 3,6,12,and 24 hours of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Ropivacaine combined with Fentanyl in the transition from painless delivery to cesarean section has a good effect, and is conducive to reducing the degree of postoperative pain and has high safety, which is worthy of promotion.
