Objective To explore the clinical effect of Budesonide combined with Cefoperazone Sulbactam Sodium in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia. Methods A total of 60 children with pneumonia admitted to Hancheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital and Hancheng People's Hospital from January 2019 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects. All the children were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases)according to the odd-even number method. The control group was treated with Cefoperazone Sulbactam Sodium, and the observation group was treated with Budesonide on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, levels of inflammatory factors and clinical therapeutic indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of C-reactive protein, procalcitonin and percent neutrophils in the two groups were both reduced, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The time for complete disappearance of lung rales, absorption time of chest X-ray lesions, time for blood gas analysis to return to normal and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Budesonide and Cefoperazone Sulbactam Sodium in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia can improve clinical efficacy, reduce the level of inflammatory factors and improve clinical treatment indicators, which is worth promoting and using.
