Objective To investigate the application effect of detail management intervention in children in intensive care unit.Methods A total of 100 children in Intensive Care Unit,the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and study group by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received traditional nursing,and the study group received detailed management intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of detail management intervention in children in intensive care unit is remarkable,which can reduce adverse events and improve nursing satisfaction,and is worth promoting.
