Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing service in children with severe influenza.Methods A total of 50 children with severe influenza in the Department of Infectious Diseases,Jiangxi Children's Hospital from February to April 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.Children who received conventional nursing service were included in the conventional group(n=25),and children who received high-quality nursing service were included in the research group(n=25).The nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Results The improvement time of clinical symptoms in the research group was shorter than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After nursing,the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores in the research group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05),the levels of CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the research group were better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of high-quality nursing service in children with severe influenza is remarkable,which can promote the relief of symptoms,reduce negative emotions,improve immunity,and is worth promoting.
