Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with gestational hypertension.Methods A total of 60 patients with gestational hypertension in Pingyi Health Center of Pingyi County from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)by the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The emotional state,self-care ability and overall incidence of adverse events in the two groups were compared.Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)after nursing in the two groups were decreased,and the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The self-care ability after nursing in the two groups were increased,and the self-care ability in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 10.00%,which was lower than 33.33% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in patients with gestational hypertension has significant application effect,which can alleviate negative emotions,improve self-care ability,reduce adverse events,and is worth promoting.
