Objective To explore the application effect of incentive psychological nursing in primiparas undergoing painless delivery.Methods A total of 82 primiparas who underwent painless delivery in the Sixth People's Hospital of Heze City from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received incentive psychological nursing on the basis of control group.The scores of childbirth fear assessment questionnaire(CAQ)and Chinese version of childbirth self efficacy scale(CBSEI-C32)and total nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the CAQ score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the CBSEI-C32 score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Incentive psychological nursing can enhance the self-efficacy of primiparas undergoing painless delivery,relieve the fear of childbirth and improve the total nursing satisfaction rate,which is worthy of promotion.
