Objective To explore the application effect of refined service concept in the nursing of newborns with hyperbilirubinemia.Methods A total of 82 newborns with hyperbilirubinemia in Ningjin County People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(41 cases)and experimental group(41 cases)according to the lottery method.The control group received conventional nursing,while the experimental group received refined service concept nursing.The treatment time of blue light and jaundice resolution time,serum total bilirubin level,body weight and total complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment time of blue light and jaundice resolution time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum total bilirubin level in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the body weight in the two groups increased,and the body weight in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of refined service concept in the nursing of newborns with hyperbilirubinemia is remarkable and worth promoting.
