Objective To explore the application effect of pain nursing in the intensive care unit nursing of pediatric congenital heart disease.Methods A total of 60 children with congenital heart disease in Intensive Care Unit,Lanling County People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given pain nursing.The pain index,psychological state and total satisfaction rate of parents were compared between the two groups.Results The pain degree in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the duration of crying,pain face and intensive care was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of depression self-rating scale for children(DSRSC)and the screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders(SCARED)were decreased in both groups,and the scores of DSRSC and SCARED in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pain nursing in the intensive care unit nursing of pediatric congenital heart disease has remarkable effect,which can relieve pain,regulate emotions,improve parents'satisfaction,and is worth promoting.
