Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients with chronic pelvic pain caused by endometriosis.Methods A total of 78 patients with chronic pelvic pain caused by endometriosis admitted to Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into reference group(39 cases)and experimental group(39 cases)according to the random number table method.The reference group received routine nursing intervention,while the experimental group received psychological nursing intervention.The adverse emotions and degree of pain were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,and the degree of pain was lower than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention in patients with chronic pelvic pain caused by endometriosis has significant application effect,which can improve mood,relieve pain,and is worthy of promotion.
