Objective To analyze the effect of postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on maternal postpartum depression and uterine recovery.Methods From January 2022 to May 2023,80 pregnant women admitted to the Department of Obstetrics of Zibo Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was given postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation nursing,while the control group was given routine nursing.The psychological state,uterine involution time,lochia time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the psychological state score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The uterine involution time and lochia time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can effectively regulate the psychological state of pregnant women,shorten the uterine involution time and lochia time,and improve nursing satisfaction.
