Objective To explore the application effect of nurse-patient psychological communication skills in adolescent schizophrenia.Methods A total of 60 patients with adolescent schizophrenia admitted to the Department of Psychiatry,Pingyi County Psychiatric Hospital of Shandong Province from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the routine group and the study group using the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The routine group received routine care,while the study group received nurse-patient psychological communication skills on the basis of the routine group.The nursing compliance,psychological resilience and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total rate of nursing compliance in the study group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The scores of psychological resilience in the study group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nurse-patient psychological communication skills in adolescent schizophrenia can help improve the quality of life and psychological resilience,enhance the nursing compliance and promote disease recovery.
