Objective To investigate the application effect of ultrasound-guided quadratus lumborum block technique in laparoscopic total hysterectomy. Methods From January 2022 to June 2023,80 patients who underwent laparoscopic total hysterectomy under general anesthesia and tracheal intubation in Shouguang People's Hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given tracheal intubation general anesthesia, and the observation group was given ultrasound-guided quadratus lumborum block before general anesthesia induction. The pain score at 12 hours after surgery and serum substance P level, and the incidence of complications, the pressing times of analgesic pump and the times of single additional analgesic drugs were compared between the two groups. Results The pain score at 12 hours after surgery and serum substance P level of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications during anesthesia recovery in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pressing times of analgesic pump and the times of single additional analgesic drugs in the observation group were fewer than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ultrasound-guided quadratus lumborum block technique in laparoscopic total hysterectomy is effective, which can reduce postoperative pain, decrease the incidence of complications, reduce the pressing times of analgesic pump and the times of additional analgesic drugs.
