Clinical effect of modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence
Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence.Methods A total of 60 female patients with stress urinary incontinence who were treated in Shanghai Jinshan District Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from July 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.The observation group(30 cases)was treated with modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation,and the control group(30 cases)was treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation.The maximum muscle voltage of pelvic floor muscle,urinary incontinence score,total clinical effective rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the maximum muscle voltage of pelvic floor muscle in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the urinary incontinence score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence can improve the treatment efficiency,pelvic floor muscle strength,improve the symptoms of urinary incontinence,and reduce the recurrence rate.
