Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of ultrasound monitoring fetal cerebral and umbilical blood flow for fetal growth restriction in preeclampsia pregnant women. Methods A total of 120 cases of preeclampsia pregnant women who were registered in the Department of Obstetrics of Zunyi First People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected. The blood flow parameters of fetal middle cerebral artery and umbilical artery were monitored by color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic instrument. The pregnancy outcome was used as the gold standard, and the consistency between the ultrasound diagnosis and the gold standard was analyzed by Kappa test. The diagnostic efficacy of different arterial blood flow parameters was analyzed. Results The consistency between the combined diagnosis of fetal cerebral and umbilical artery blood flow parameters and the gold standard(Kappa=0.832)was higher than that of fetal middle cerebral artery blood flow parameters alone(Kappa=0.587)or fetal umbilical artery blood flow parameters alone(Kappa=0.561).The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of combined monitoring of fetal cerebral and umbilical artery blood flow parameters were higher than those of fetal middle cerebral artery blood flow parameter monitoring and fetal umbilical artery blood flow parameter monitoring(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of fetal middle cerebral artery and umbilical artery blood flow parameters has a high value in the diagnosis of fetal growth restriction in preeclampsia pregnant women.
