Objective To explore the application effect of risk prevention nursing in pediatric nursing management.Methods A total of 102 children admitted to Children's Hospital of Shandong University from May 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into reference group(51 cases)and observation group(51 cases)by the random number table method.The reference group received routine nursing,while the observation group received risk prevention nursing.The total nursing satisfaction rate,incidence of doctor-patient disputes,incidence of risk events and nursing quality of the two groups were compared.Results The total nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,the incidence of doctor-patient disputes and total incidence of risk events in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group,the nursing quality in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk prevention nursing in pediatric nursing management has significant application effect,which can improve the nursing quality and the total nursing satisfaction rate,reduce the incidence of doctor-patient disputes and risk events,and is worth popularizing and applying.
