Objective To observe the application effect of video education and comfort nursing in the treatment of atomization inhalation in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 200 children with bronchopneumonia in Yangxin County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into control group(100 cases)and study group(100 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given video education and comfort nursing on the basis of control group.The total compliance rate of atomization inhalation,symptom disappearance time and total nursing satisfaction rate of parents were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance rate of atomization inhalation in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,cough,sputum and lung rales in the study group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of parents in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Video education and comfort nursing has significant application effect in the treatment of atomization inhalation in children with bronchopneumonia,which can improve the compliance of children,promote the relief of clinical symptoms,and the nursing satisfaction of parents is high,which is worth promoting.
