Objective To observe the application effect of seamless nursing combined with dietary intervention in children with chronic gastritis.Methods A total of 60 children with chronic gastritis in Binzhou Medical University Hospital from October 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received seamless nursing combined with dietary intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The improvement time of clinical symptoms,length of hospitalization,quality of life and mental state of the two groups were compared.Results The improvement time of nausea,vomiting,acid reflux,abdominal pain and length of hospitalization in the experimental group were shorter than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The score of quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Seamless nursing combined with dietary intervention in children with chronic gastritis has has significant application effect,which can alleviate clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life,regulate mental state,and is worth popularizing.
