摘要

目的 观察基于行为改变理论的健康管理对学龄儿童生长发育的影响.方法 选取 2022 年 3 月至 2023 年 2 月在南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院体检的 80 例学龄儿童,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组 40 例.对照组给予常规健康管理,观察组给予基于行为改变理论的健康管理,比较两组生长发育指标和营养状况.结果 管理后,观察组身高高于对照组,体重大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组贫血状况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活技能各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 基于行为改变理论的健康管理能够改善学龄儿童的营养状况,提高生活技能,促进生长发育.

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of health management based on behavior change theory on the growth and development of school-age children.Methods A total of 80 school-age children who underwent physical examination in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from March 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health management,and the observation group was given health management based on behavior change theory.The growth and development indexes and nutritional status of the two groups were compared.Results After management,the height and weight in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The condition of anemia in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions of life skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health management based on behavior change theory can improve the nutritional status of school-age children,improve life skills,and promote growth and development.
