摘要

目的 探讨中医护理配合穴位按摩在预防阴道分娩产妇产后尿潴留(UR)中的应用效果.方法 选取 2022 年 8 月至 2023 年 8 月于滨州医学院附属医院阴道分娩的 200 例产妇,按照抽签法分为观察组与对照组,每组100 例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理上给予中医护理配合穴位按摩,比较两组首次排尿时间、首次下床时间、生活质量评分以及产后UR发生率和护理总满意率.结果 观察组首次排尿时间、首次下床时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产后UR发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 中医护理配合穴位按摩在预防阴道分娩产妇产后UR中的应用效果显著,值得推广.

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with acupoint massage in preventing postpartum urinary retention(UR)of vaginal delivery parturients.Methods A total of 200 vaginal delivery parturients in Binzhou Medical University Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by drawing lots,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with acupoint massage on the basis of control group.The first urination time,the first time to get out of bed,the score of quality of life,the incidence of postpartum UR and the total satisfaction rate of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The first urination time and first time to get out of bed in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of various indicators of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum UR in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with acupoint massage in preventing postpartum UR of vaginal delivery parturients has remarkable application effect,which is worth popularizing.
