Objective To observe the application effect of one-to-one responsible midwifery nursing intervention in the nursing of primiparas.Methods A total of 70 primiparas in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into reference group(35 cases)and experimental group(35 cases)according to the random number table method.The reference group was given routine nursing intervention,while the experimental group was given one-on-one responsibility midwifery nursing intervention.The cesarean section rate,labor course,total satisfaction rate of parturients and fear of labor were compared between the two groups.Results The cesarean section rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The labor of experimental group was shorter than that of reference group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of parturients in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The fear of labor score in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion One-to-one responsible midwifery nursing intervention in the nursing of primiparas has remarkable application effect,which can shorten the labor,improve the outcome of labor,reduce the fear of labor,and is worth promoting.
