Effect of specialized nursing combined with evidence-based nursing intervention on the quality of life and adverse pregnancy outcomes of patients with gestational hypertension
Objective To explore the effect of specialized nursing combined with evidence-based nursing intervention on the quality of life and adverse pregnancy outcomes of patients with gestational hypertension.Methods A total of 80 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Daxing District Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital of Beijing from September 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received specialized nursing combined with evidence-based nursing.The quality of life and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of generic quality of life inventory-74 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of specialized nursing combined with evidence-based nursing is better,and can effectively improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,which is worth promoting and applying.
