Application effect of motivational nursing based on the concept of rapid recovery surgery in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with laparoscopic total hysterectomy
Objective To explore the application effect of motivational nursing based on the concept of rapid recovery surgery in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with laparoscopic total hysterectomy.Methods A total of 70 patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy in Zhaoqing Second People's Hospital from July 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group(n=35)and the experimental group(n=35)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group received the motivational nursing intervention based on the concept of rapid recovery surgery on the basis of the control group.The self-efficacy,mental state,postoperative recovery and the incidence of postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the score of general self-efficacy scale in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of postoperative bowel sound recovery,exhaust,defecation,getting out of bed and hospitalization in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was 5.71%,which was lower than 22.86%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of motivational nursing based on the concept of rapid recovery surgery in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with laparoscopic total hysterectomy is better,which can improve the self-efficacy and mental state of patients,promote postoperative recovery and reduce postoperative complications.
