Objective To explore the influence of psychological nursing intervention on the mental status of children with nephrotic syndrome.Methods A total of 80 children with nephrotic syndrome admitted to Binzhou Medical University Hospital from February 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the reference group and the study group using the coin tossing method,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group received traditional nursing intervention,and the study group received psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the reference group.The mental status,nursing satisfaction and compliance were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total rate of nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total rate of compliance in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of psychological nursing intervention in children with nephrotic syndrome is better,which can improve the mental status of children and increase nursing satisfaction and compliance.
