Effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on nursing quality, developmental state and complications of newborns with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on nursing quality, developmental state and complications of newborns with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy. Methods A total of 130 newborns with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy admitted to Binzhou Medical University Hospital from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects. All the newborns were divided into the reference group and the experimental group using the random number table method, with 65 cases in each group. The reference group was given routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group was given evidence-based nursing intervention. The developmental state(MDI,PDI),nursing quality and complications of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of MDI and PDI in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing quality in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention can effectively improve the intelligence and motor development of newborns with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, improve the quality of nursing and reduce the occurrence of complications.
