Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with chronic bronchitis.Methods A total of 94 children with chronic bronchitis from April 2021 to April 2023 admitted to Miaoshan Central Health Center in Laiwu District of Jinan City were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group using the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The sleep quality,quality of life,nursing satisfaction and lung function were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the score of Pittsburgh sleep quality index in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the score of generic quality of life inventory-74 in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total rate of nursing satisfaction was 89.36%in the experimental group,which was higher than 65.96%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of forced vital capacity,peak expiratory flow and forced expiratory volume in one second of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with chronic bronchitis is better,which can improve sleep quality and quality of life,increase nursing satisfaction and improve lung function.
