Objective To investigate the application of fined nursing model in children with diarrhea.Methods A total of 80 children with diarrhea treated in Yanliang District People's Hospital of Xi'an City from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(40 cases)and the study group(40 cases)according to different intervention schemes.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given fined nursing model.The status of stool and abdominal pain,quality of life and satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the score of stool traits,frequency of stool and score of abdominal pain in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores and total score of the pediatric quality of life inventory measurement models 4.0 in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of family members in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of fined nursing model in children with diarrhea can ameliorate the status of stool and abdominal pain and improve the quality of life of children and satisfaction of family members,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
