摘要
目的 探讨细节及舒适护理在小儿支气管肺炎雾化吸入治疗中的应用效果.方法 选取 2022 年4月至 2023 年 3 月平邑县流峪镇卫生院病房收治的150 例支气管肺炎患儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组各 75 例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用常规护理+细节及舒适护理.比较两组症状消失时间及住院时间、肺功能、依从性及家属满意度.结果 观察组咳嗽消失时间[(3.56±1.02)d]、发热消失时间[(2.93±0.57)d]、肺部啰音消失时间[(3.30±0.37)d]及住院时间[(6.59±1.11)d]均短于对照组[(4.18±1.16)d、(3.55±0.61)d、(3.98±0.41)d、(7.27±1.36)d](P<0.05).干预后,观察组用力肺活量[(2.14±0.36)L]、第1秒用力呼气容积[(1.85±0.24)L]及呼气流量峰值[(3.34±0.57)L/s]均高于对照组[(1.68±0.42)L、(1.45±0.36)L、(2.78±0.54)L/s](P<0.05).观察组总依从率(96.00%)高于对照组(85.33%)(P<0.05).观察组家属总满意率(97.33%)高于对照组(84.00%)(P<0.05).结论 细节及舒适护理能够提高雾化吸入治疗支气管肺炎患儿的依从性和家属满意度,辅助改善临床症状与肺功能,缩短住院时间.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of detail and comfort nursing in atomization inhalation treatment of pediatric bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 150 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to the Ward of Pingyi County Liuyu Town Health Center from April 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group using random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received routine nursing + detail and comfort nursing.The disappearance time of symptoms,hospitalization time,lung function,compliance and family satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The disappearance time of cough([3.56±1.02]d),fever([2.93±0.57]d),lung rale([3.30±0.37]d)and hospital stay([6.59±1.11]d)in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group([4.18±1.16]d,[3.55±0.61]d,[3.98±0.41]d,[7.27±1.36]d)(P<0.05).After the intervention,forced vital capacity([2.14±0.36]L),forced expiratory volume in one second([1.85±0.24]L)and peak expiratory flow([3.34±0.57]L/s)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group([1.68±0.42]L,[1.45±0.36]L,[2.78±0.54]L/s)(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(85.33%)(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group(97.33%)was higher than that of the control group(84.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Detail and comfort nursing can improve the compliance and family satisfaction of children with bronchopneumonia treated with atomization inhalation,help improve clinical symptoms and lung function,and shorten the hospital stay.
