摘要
目的 探讨骨化三醇辅助治疗更年期女性骨质疏松症(OP)的效果及对骨代谢指标水平的影响.方法 选取济南市济阳区中医医院2019年2月至2022年3月收治的100例更年期女性OP患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各 50 例.对照组采用碳酸钙D3 治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用骨化三醇辅助治疗,比较两组骨代谢指标水平、骨密度、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗后,观察组血清骨钙素、总Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端延长肽水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组腰椎、股骨颈、髋部骨密度均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 骨化三醇辅助治疗更年期女性OP的临床效果显著,可改善骨代谢指标,增加骨密度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Calcitriol adjuvant therapy on menopausal women with osteoporosis(OP)and its impact on the levels of bone metabolism indicators.Methods A total of 100 menopausal women patients with OP admitted to Jinan Jiyang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Calcium Carbonate D3,while the observation group was given Calcitriol adjuvant therapy on the basis of the control group.The levels of bone metabolism indicators,bone density,clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of bone glaprotein and N-terminal propeptide of typeⅠprecollagen in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The bone density of the lumbar spine,femoral neck and hip in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Calcitriol adjuvant therapy on menopausal women with OP is significant,which can improve bone metabolism indicators and increase bone density.
