摘要
目的 探讨多种功能弱视综合治疗仪治疗小儿屈光性弱视的效果.方法 选取 2022 年 2 月至2023 年 2 月淄博市妇幼保健院收治的 76 例屈光性弱视患儿作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为参照组(38 例)与试验组(38 例).参照组采用常规矫正治疗,试验组在参照组基础上采用多种功能弱视综合治疗仪.比较两组眼调节功能、矫正视力及屈光度.结果 治疗后,试验组眼调节功能优于参照组(P<0.05).治疗后,试验组矫正视力高于参照组(P<0.05).治疗后,试验组屈光度低于参照组(P<0.05).结论 多种功能弱视综合治疗仪治疗小儿屈光性弱视,可提高患儿视力水平,有效改善眼调节功能.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of multifunctional amblyopia comprehensive therapeutic instrument in the treatment of children with refractive amblyopia.Methods A total of 76 children with refractive amblyopia admitted to Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the reference group(38 cases)and the experimental group(38 cases)according to the lottery method.The reference group was treated with conventional corrective treatment,and the experimental group was treated with multifunctional amblyopia comprehensive therapeutic instrument based on the reference group.The ocular adjustment function,corrected visual acuity and diopter of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the ocular adjustment function of the experimental group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the corrected visual acuity of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the diopter of the experimental groups was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The multifunctional amblyopia comprehensive therapeutic instrument in the treatment of children with refractive amblyopia can improve the visual acuity level of children and effectively improve the ocular adjustment function.
