妊娠晚期子宫浆膜下血管自发性破裂出血4例报告及文献分析

摘要
妊娠期子宫血管自发性破裂导致腹腔内出血是临床罕见的产科严重并发症,误诊率极高,若不及时诊治,围产儿死亡率较高.本文报道北京市海淀区妇幼保健院收治的 4 例妊娠晚期子宫浆膜下血管自发性破裂病例,分析其发病因素、临床表现、诊治过程及母婴结局,以提高对本病的认识.
Abstract
Intraperitoneal hemorrhage caused by spontaneous rupture of uterine blood vessels during pregnancy is a rare and serious obstetric complication with high misdiagnosis rate and high perinatal mortality if not treated in time.This article reports four cases of spontaneous rupture of uterine subserosal vessels in the late trimester of pregnancy in Beijing Haidian District Maternal and Child Health Hospital,and analyzes the pathogenic factors,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,treatment and maternal and infant outcomes to improve the understanding of the disease.
