品管圈活动在妊娠糖尿病患者中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨品管圈活动在妊娠糖尿病患者中的应用效果.方法 选择 2020 年 9 月至 2022 年 9 月在平邑县人民医院妇产科接受治疗的102 例妊娠糖尿病患者,按照单双数法分为参照组(n=51)和实验组(n=51).参照组实施常规化管理,实验组实施品管圈活动管理,比较两组妊娠糖尿病相关知识知晓情况、血糖和血脂水平及不良母婴结局总发生率.结果 实验组妊娠糖尿病相关知识知晓率高于参照组(P<0.05);管理后实验组血糖水平低于参照组(P<0.05);管理后实验组血脂水平优于参照组(P<0.05);实验组不良母婴结局总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05).结论 品管圈活动在妊娠糖尿病患者中应用,可以提升疾病相关知识知晓率,控制血糖及血脂水平,降低不良母婴结局发生率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle activity in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 102 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who were treated in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,People's Hospital of Pingyi County from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected and divided into the reference group(n=51)and the experimental group(n=51)according to the odd and even number method.The reference group was given routine management,and the experimental group was given quality control circle activity management.The awareness status of gestational diabetes mellitus related knowledge,blood glucose and blood lipid levels,and the total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The awareness rate of gestational diabetes mellitus related knowledge in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).After management,the blood glucose level of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The blood lipid level of the experimental group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality control circle activity in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can improve the awareness rate of disease related knowledge,control blood glucose and blood lipid levels,and reduce the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes.
