摘要
目的 分析产后访视+个性化健康指导在产妇产后保健中的应用效果.方法 选取 2021年1月至12 月于北京市西城区广外社区卫生服务中心接受产后保健的158 例产妇为研究对象,根据不同的干预模式分为研究组和对照组,每组各 79 例.对照组接受常规产后保健指导,研究组接受产后访视+个性化健康指导,比较两组并发症总发生率及保健指导情况.结果 研究组产后并发症总发生率较对照组低(P<0.05);研究组满意度、依从性、保健知识掌握、母乳喂养评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 产后访视+个性化健康指导在产妇产后保健中应用,能够降低产后并发症发生率,提高满意度、依从性、保健知识掌握度及母乳喂养情况.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of postpartum visit+personalized health guidance in postpartum health care of puerpera.Methods A total of 158 puerpera who received postpartum health care in Beijing Xicheng District Guangwai Community Health Service Center from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to different intervention models,they were divided into study group and control group,with 79 cases in each group.The control group received routine postpartum health guidance,while the study group received postpartum visit+personalized health guidance.The total incidence of complications and health guidance were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of postpartum complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction,compliance,mastery of health knowledge and breastfeeding scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of postpartum visit+personalized health guidance in postpartum health care of puerpera can reduce the incidence of postpartum complications and improve satisfaction,compliance,mastery of health knowledge and breastfeeding.
