乳癖消片联合陈渭良伤科油推拿治疗乳腺增生的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨乳癖消片联合陈渭良伤科油推拿治疗乳腺增生的临床效果.方法 选取 2019 年 3 月至 2022 年12 月就诊于佛山市中医院的165 例乳腺增生患者,根据随机数字表法分为药物组、推拿组和联合组,每组各 55 例.药物组予以乳癖消片,推拿组予以陈渭良伤科油推拿,联合组予以乳癖消片联合陈渭良伤科油推拿.比较三组治疗效果及症状体征相关评分.结果 三组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗后,三组各项症状体征相关评分均低于治疗前,且推拿组与联合组均低于药物组(P<0.05).结论 乳癖消片联合陈渭良伤科油推拿治疗乳腺增生,可改善患者的症状、体征,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Rupixiao Tablets combined with Chen Weiliang Traumatology Oil massage in the treatment of mammary hyperplasia.Methods A total of 165 patients with mammary hyperplasia admitted to Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to December 2022 were selected and divided into drug group,massage group and combination group according to random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The drug group was given Rupixiao Tablets,the massage group was given Chen Weiliang Traumatology Oil massage,and the combination group was given Rupixiao Tablets combined with Chen Weiliang Traumatology Oil massage.The treatment effect and the scores of symptoms and signs were compared among the three groups.Results There was no significant difference in total effective rate among the three groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the relevant scores of symptoms and signs of the three groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the massage group and combination group were lower than those in the drug group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rupixiao Tablets combined with Chen Weiliang Traumatology Oil massage in the treatment of mammary hyperplasia can improve the symptoms and signs of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
