摘要
目的 探讨茵栀黄颗粒联合哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗新生儿感染性黄疸的临床效果.方法 选取伊犁哈萨克自治州奎屯医院2020年1月至2022年12月的80例新生儿感染性黄疸患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各 40 例.对照组采用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗,观察组采用茵栀黄颗粒联合哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗.比较两组临床疗效、黄疸指数和心肌酶谱指标及不良反应发生情况.结果 观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组血清总胆红素、乳酸脱氢酶、总胆汁酸、肌酸激酶同工酶和经皮测胆红素水平均降低,且观察组水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 茵栀黄颗粒联合哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗新生儿感染性黄疸的临床效果较好,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yinzhihuang Granules combined with Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium in the treatment of neonatal infectious jaundice.Methods A total of 80 children with neonatal infectious jaundice from January 2020 to December 2022 in Kuitun Hospital of Yili Hasake Autonomous Prefecture were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium,and the observation group was treated with Yinzhihuang Granules combined with Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium.The clinical efficacy,jaundice index and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum total bilirubin,lactate dehydrogenase,total bile acid,creatine kinase isoenzymes-MB and transcutaneous bilirubin decreased in both groups,and the levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yinzhihuang Granules combined with Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium in the treatment of neonatal infectious jaundice has a good clinical effect,which is worthy of promotion.
