摘要
目的 分析人性化护理在乳腺手术患者中的应用效果.方法 选取 2020 年 7 月至 2022 年 7 月在滨州医学院附属医院行乳腺手术治疗的 68例患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各34例.对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上给予人性化护理,比较两组生活质量、术后并发症及心理状态.结果 干预后研究组焦虑、抑郁评分较对照组更低(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症总发生率较对照组低(P<0.05);研究组生活质量各项评分较对照组高(P<0.05).结论 人性化护理在乳腺手术患者中应用,能够改善心理状态,提高生活质量,降低术后并发症发生率.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of humanized nursing in patients with breast surgery.Methods A total of 68 patients who underwent breast surgery in Binzhou Medical University Hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given humanized nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The quality of life,postoperative complications and psychological state of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized nursing in patients with breast surgery can improve the psychological state,increase the quality of life and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
