综合护理在妊娠高血压综合征患者护理中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨综合护理在妊娠高血压综合征(PIH)患者护理中的应用效果.方法 选取 2022 年5 月至 2023 年 5 月南京医科大学附属南京医院收治的 80 例PIH患者,依照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40 例.对照组给予常规产科护理,观察组给予综合护理,比较两组血压、不良妊娠结局发生率、剖宫产率及心理状态评分.结果 干预后观察组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组收缩压、舒张压低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良妊娠结局总发生率及剖宫产率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 综合护理干预在PIH患者护理中的应用效果较好,能够降低血压、不良妊娠结局发生率、剖宫产率,改善心理状态.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in nursing of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome(PIH).Methods A total of 80 PIH patients admitted to Nanjing First Hospital,Nanjing Medical University from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine obstetric nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The blood pressure,incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,cesarean section rate and psychological state score were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and cesarean section rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has a good application effect in the nursing of PIH patients,which can reduce the blood pressure,the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and cesarean section rate,and improve the psychological state.
