医护一体化护理在异位妊娠腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨医护一体化护理在异位妊娠腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果.方法 选取 2022 年 2 月至2023年1月淄博市张店区妇幼保健院妇产科收治的80例异位妊娠腹腔镜手术患者,依据摸球法分为两组,各40例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用医护一体化护理,比较两组护理效果.结果 观察组肠鸣音恢复、肛门排气、首次排便、引流管拔管时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);护理后观察组紧张、抑郁、慌乱评分及睡眠质量评分低于对照组,精力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 医护一体化护理在异位妊娠腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果较好,能够改善不良情绪、睡眠质量,促进术后康复.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of doctor-nurse integrated nursing in patients with ectopic pregnancy undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with ectopic pregnancy who underwent laparoscopic surgery in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Zhangdian District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Zibo City from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the touch ball method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given doctor-nurse integrated nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The recovery time of bowel sound,anal exhaust time,first defecation time,drainage tube extubation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of tension,depression,panic and sleep quality in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the energy score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Doctor-nurse integrated nursing has a good application effect in patients with ectopic pregnancy undergoing laparoscopic surgery,which can improve negative emotions,sleep quality and promote postoperative rehabilitation.
