摘要
目的 探讨需求导向护理联合正念减压在子宫肌瘤手术患者中的应用效果及对正念水平的影响.方法 选取 2022 年 5 月至 2023 年 5 月在南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院进行手术治疗的 84例子宫肌瘤患者,依据随机数字表法分为两组.对照组(42 例)予以常规护理,观察组(42 例)基于对照组干预条件开展需求导向护理联合正念减压干预,比较两组术后恢复状况、正念水平(MAAS)、生活质量(GQOLI-74)以及护理服务评价情况.结果 观察组术后首次排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组MAAS、GQOLI-74评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意率为 95.24%,高于对照组的78.57%(P<0.05).结论 需求导向护理联合正念减压干预能够提高子宫肌瘤手术患者的正念水平,加快术后恢复,改善生活质量,提高护理服务满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of demand-oriented nursing combined with mindfulness decompression in patients with uterine fibroid surgery and its effect on mindfulness level.Methods A total of 84 patients with uterine fibroid who underwent surgical treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(42 cases)was given routine nursing,and the observation group(42 cases)was given demand-oriented nursing combined with mindfulness decompression based on the intervention conditions of the control group.The postoperative recovery status,mindfulness level(MAAS),quality of life(GQOLI-74)and nursing service evaluation were compared between the two groups.Results The first postoperative exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the MAAS and GQOLI-74 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than 78.57%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Demand-oriented nursing combined with mindfulness decompression can improve the mindfulness level of patients with uterine fibroid surgery,accelerate postoperative recovery,improve the quality of life and improve the satisfaction with nursing service.
