快速康复护理在腹式全子宫切除术围手术期的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨快速康复护理在腹式全子宫切除术围手术期的应用效果.方法 选取 2021年10 月至2023 年10 月巨野县中医医院收治的 50 例腹式全子宫切除术患者作为研究对象,采用摸球法分为对照组和观察组,每组各 25 例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用快速康复护理,比较两组临床相关指标、生活质量、并发症发生情况和护理满意度.结果 观察组下床活动、肛门排气、术后进食及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,观察组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症总发生率为 8.00%,低于对照组的 36.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理总满意率为 96.00%,高于对照组的 68.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在腹式全子宫切除术围手术期应用快速康复护理有助于加快患者病情恢复速度,改善患者生活质量,减少并发症的发生,提高护理满意度,具有推广价值.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in perioperative period of abdominal total hysterectomy.Methods A total of 50 patients with abdominal total hysterectomy admitted to Juye County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by the touch ball method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received rapid rehabilitation nursing.The clinical relevant indicators,quality of life,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The time of getting out of bed,anal exhaust,postoperative feeding and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.00%,which was lower than 36.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total rate of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 68.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing in perioperative period of abdominal total hysterectomy can help to accelerate the recovery speed of patients,improve their quality of life,reduce the incidence of complications,increase nursing satisfaction and has promotion value.
