综合护理在更年期女性阑尾炎手术患者围手术期的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨综合护理在更年期女性阑尾炎手术患者围手术期的应用效果.方法 选取2022年4月至 2023 年4月临沂市平邑县武台镇卫生院收治的70 例更年期女性阑尾炎手术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为常规组和研究组,每组各35 例.常规组接受常规护理干预,研究组接受综合护理干预,比较两组护理满意度、心理状态与生活质量.结果 研究组护理总满意率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组生活质量评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 更年期女性阑尾炎手术患者围手术期采用综合护理干预,可改善患者心理状态,提高生活质量与护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in perioperative period of menopausal female patients with appendicitis surgery.Methods A total of 70 female patients with appendicitis surgery admitted to Wutai Town Health Center in Pingyi County of Linyi City from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the female patients were divided into the conventional group and the study group using the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The conventional group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction,psychological state and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total rate of nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative period of menopausal female patients with appendicitis surgery can improve their psychological state,increase quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
