循证护理模式在双胎妊娠护理中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨循证护理模式在双胎妊娠护理中的应用效果.方法 选取安徽省铜陵市妇幼保健院2020 年1月至 2023 年1月收治的 80 例双胎妊娠孕产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组各 40 例.对照组给予常规护理模式,试验组给予循证护理模式,比较两组焦虑情绪、不良事件发生情况和护理满意度.结果 护理后,试验组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分为(9.42±7.31)分,对照组HAMA评分为(15.68±8.86)分,两组评分均降低,且试验组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组不良事件总发生率为 2.50%,低于对照组的17.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组护理总满意率为 97.50%,高于对照组的 77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 循证护理模式在双胎妊娠护理中的应用效果显著,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing model in the nursing of twin pregnancy.Methods A total of 80 pregnant women with twin pregnancy admitted to Tongling Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Anhui Province from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the pregnant women were divided into the experimental group and the control group using the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing model,and the experimental group was given evidence-based nursing model.The anxiety,incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the score of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)in the experimental group was(9.42±7.31)points,that in the control group was(15.68±8.86)points,the scores of both groups decreased,and the score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was 2.50%,which was lower than 17.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 97.50%,which was higher than 77.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of evidence-based nursing model in the nursing of twin pregnancy is significant and worth promoting.
