共情护理联合团体人际心理干预在青年女性抑郁症患者中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨共情护理联合团体人际心理干预在青年女性抑郁症患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2021年 3 月至 2022 年11月山东国欣颐养集团枣庄东郊医院收治的 94 例青年女性抑郁症患者,按照随机抽签法分为对照组(47 例)和研究组(47 例).对照组予以常规护理,研究组予以共情护理联合团体人际心理干预.比较两组负面情绪、社会功能、认知程度及睡眠质量.结果 干预后,研究组汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05).干预后,研究组社会功能缺陷筛选量表及元认知问卷评分均低于对照组(P<0.05).干预后,研究组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 共情护理联合团体人际心理干预在青年女性抑郁症患者中的应用效果较好,可改善患者的抑郁情绪及睡眠质量,提高社会功能及认知程度,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of empathic nursing combined with group interpersonal psychological intervention in young female patients with depression.Methods A total of 94 young female patients with depression admitted to Shandong Guoxin Yiyang Group Zaozhuang East Suburb Hospital from March 2021 to November 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(47 cases)and the study group(47 cases)according to the random lottery method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given empathic nursing combined with group interpersonal psychological intervention.Negative mood,social function,cognitive level and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the Hamilton depression rating scale score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of social disability screening schedule and meta-cognitions questionnaire-30 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of empathic nursing combined with group interpersonal psychological intervention in young female patients with depression is better,which can ameliorate patients'depressive mood and sleep quality,improve their social function and cognitive degree,and is worthy of clinical application.
