摘要
目的 探讨全方位保温措施在剖宫产产妇手术室护理中的应用.方法 选取2022年6月至 2023 年6月于滨州医学院附属医院接受剖宫产术的产妇80例,根据奇偶数分组法分为对照组(40例)与观察组(40例).对照组采用常规手术室护理,观察组采用全方位保温措施.比较两组体温、不良事件发生情况及总满意率.结果 进入手术室时,两组体温比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).开始手术、娩出胎儿及完成手术时,观察组体温均高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 全方位保温措施在剖宫产产妇手术室护理中的应用可有效维持产妇体温,减少不良事件的发生,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of comprehensive insulation measures in operating room nursing of cesarean section parturients.Methods A total of 80 parturients who received cesarean section in Binzhou Medical University Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases)according to odd-even grouping method.The control group was given conventional operating room nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive insulation measures.Body temperature,adverse events and total satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results When entering the operating room,there was no significant difference in body temperature between the two groups(P>0.05).The body temperature of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at the beginning of operation,delivery and completion of operation(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive insulation measures in operating room nursing of cesarean section parturients can effectively maintain body temperature,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,improve nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
