摘要
目的 探讨"5G互联网+"居家母婴健康群组化平台在孕产妇中的应用效果.方法 选取 2022 年5 月至 2023 年 9 月海口区域三甲专科医院收治的 200 例孕产妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各100 例.对照组接受常规孕期健康教育指导,观察组构建"5G互联网+"居家母婴健康群组化平台进行孕期健康教育指导.比较两组母婴结局、心理状态和自我管理能力.结果 观察组产后 2 h出血量少于对照组,会阴损伤率、新生儿Apgar评分、剖宫产率优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组焦虑自评量表评分和抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05),自我管理能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 "5G互联网+"居家母婴健康群组化平台在孕产妇中的应用效果显著,能够改善母婴结局,缓解负面情绪,提高孕产妇自我管理能力,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of"5G Internet +"home-based maternal and infant health group organization platform in gravidas and parturients.Methods A total of 200 gravidas and parturients in Haikou Regional Tertiary Specialized Hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education guidance during pregnancy,and the observation group constructed a"5G Internet +"home-based maternal and infant health group organization platform for pregnancy health education guidance.The maternal and infant outcomes,psychological state and self-management ability were compared between the two groups.Results The 2 hours postpartum blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the perineal injury rate,neonatal Apgar score and cesarean section rate were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the score of self-management ability was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of"5G Internet +"home-based maternal and infant health group organization platform in gravidas and parturients is remarkable,which can improve maternal and infant outcomes,alleviate negative emotions,increase maternal self-management ability,and is worth promoting.
