摘要
目的 探讨回馈式健康教育在妊娠期牙髓炎患者中的应用效果.方法 选取 2022 年1月至2023 年 3 月于兰陵县人民医院口腔科就诊的 80 例妊娠期牙髓炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组.对照组(40例)给予常规健康教育,观察组(40例)给予回馈式健康教育,比较两组的疾病知晓率、健康行为依从率.结果 观察组疾病知晓率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组健康行为依从率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 回馈式健康教育在妊娠期牙髓炎患者中的应用效果显著,能够提高患者对疾病的认知,有利于健康行为习惯的培养,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of feedback health education in patients with pulpitis during pregnancy.Methods A total of 80 patients with pulpitis during pregnancy in the Department of Stomatology,Lanling County People's Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method.The control group(40 cases)received routine health education,the observation group(40 cases)received feedback health education.The disease awareness rate and health behavior compliance rate of the two groups were compared.Results The disease awareness rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The health behavior compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Feedback health education in patients with pulpitis during pregnancy has significant application effect,which can improve patients'cognition of the disease,is conducive to the cultivation of healthy behaviors and habits,and is worth promoting.
